This policy explains what BlockPay LLC ("Slabsta") collects when you use the Slabsta app and slabsta.com.
What we collect
- Account: email address, username, display name.
- Scans and listings: photos you take or upload of comics and slabs, identification results, grades, prices, and your collection.
- Transactions: orders, shipping addresses (yours and your buyers'/sellers' as needed to ship), and tracking data. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by Slabsta.
- Seller verification: identity and bank details are collected directly by Stripe Connect.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage logs.
- Waitlist: your email and approximate country if you join the waitlist.
How we use it
To identify and price comics, run the marketplace (payments, labels, payouts, Buyer Protection), prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

Sharing between users
Buyers and sellers see each other's username. The seller receives the buyer's shipping address on the label. Public listings show your photos, the item details and your username.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, collection, listings and photos. We keep order and payment records, with your identity detached where possible, for as long as tax, accounting and anti-fraud laws require (typically 7 years).
Your choices and rights
You can access and edit your data in the app, delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), or request deletion at slabsta.com/delete-account. Depending on where you live (e.g., California or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data; contact [email protected].
Children
Slabsta is not directed to children under 13, and marketplace features require users to be 18+.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted by role-based policies; payment secrets never reach the app.
